 Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, Reese will be responsible for coordination and implementation of in-store training for all sales, operations and management associates. He's looking forward to this move and rapid advancement in the near future:

     "This is a welcome change of pace. Although I have done a substantial amount of training and employee development in the past, my main focus has been on engineering and management. This, being a retail operation, also offers an entirely different environment from what I have experienced in the past."
